Service Description

Get ready for an action‑packed weekend at the Aftershock Classic, taking place April 18–19! This OBL‑sanctioned tournament brings together Boys U13–U17 teams competing at the Single A to AA levels for two days of high‑energy basketball. Each team is guaranteed three games, with championship medals awarded to both 1st and 2nd place in every division. Registration is $750, with an early bird rate of $700 available until March 1st. Join us for great competition, strong community spirit, and an unforgettable tournament experience.

Cancellation Policy

Registration for the Aftershock Classic is open to Boys U13–U17 teams competing at the Single A to AA levels. Teams may register without payment; however, your spot is not secured until payment is received in full. 1. Payment & Confirmation Registration is not confirmed until full payment is received. Accepted payment methods: e‑transfer, cash, and credit card. Early bird pricing ($700) is only applied when payment is received on or before March 1. Regular pricing ($750) applies to all payments received after March 1. 2. Refunds & Cancellations Full refunds are available until April 1. No refunds will be issued after April 1, including for last‑minute withdrawals. No credits or transfers to future events are offered. 3. Rosters & Eligibility Final team rosters must be submitted by April 11. All players must meet the age requirements for the U13–U17 divisions based on the event’s age cutoff rules. 4. Scheduling & Game Guarantee All teams are guaranteed three games, with no exceptions. Teams may request specific schedule accommodations; however, accommodations are not guaranteed. The tournament adheres to an OBL‑sanctioned structure and timeline. 5. Conduct & Safe Sport Standards All participants—players, coaches, parents, and spectators—are expected to follow Safe Sport guidelines and uphold respectful conduct at all times. EBA enforces a zero‑tolerance policy for harassment, abuse, or unsportsmanlike behaviour. 6. No‑Shows & Forfeits Teams that fail to appear for a scheduled game or the event will be marked as forfeit. No refunds are provided for teams that forfeit games or fail to attend.
